The purified water fromRO plant is used for cooking, hygiene being our primary priority. Energy-efficient solar powered water heater system & a sophisticated steam generation system with water softener are also in place, apart from fresh air exhaust, waste management &emergency fire response systems provided in the premises.

Being a hygiene-conscious establishment, we religiously adhere to certain practices such as: a) avoiding cold storage of dough, cooked food or vegetables to ensure fresh, piping hot food is prepared every single time, b) tiling up our kitchen walls as high as the ceiling, c) securing a 100% fool proof power backup facility provided in the premises,thus protecting perishables. The quintessential good food is always bereft of flavor enhancers like Mono Sodium Glutamate (MSG), cooking soda, artificial food colors & processed ingredients, and we, being firm believers of this principle, are dead set against using them.
